Experience with caulking, joint sealing, tuckpointing, and manual labor required

Minimum 3-5 years of commercial painting experience, lead certification a plus, and valid driver's license required
Mason Helper
Dependable, reliable, and safety-conscious. Comfortable with heavy lifting and working at heights. Masonry experience required
Carpenter
5+ years of carpentry experience, ability to work overtime, climb scaffolds, and lift 50-80 lbs
Lead Abatement Painter
Lead licensing a plus. 1+ year of lead abatement experience needed. Knowledge in hazardous materials is essential
Mason
2-3 years general masonry experience. Own basic masonry tools. Able to lift up to 70 lbs & work with respiratory protection
Carpenter - Lexington, VA
5+ years carpentry experience. Own basic tools. Experience on historical properties is a plus
Painters
Commercial painting experience, lead certification, valid driver's license and vehicle
Mason
2-3 yrs masonry experience, own basic masonry tools, and ability to lift 70lbs and climb/stand on scaffolding. Knowledge of bricklaying required
Carpenter
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, must provide own tools, experience on historic properties preferred
