YOUNG MENS CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION RARITAN BAY AREA

High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience delivering services to the public

Previous experience working with children and families, 1-3 years of experience, and a degree from an accredited university or college

Lifeguard certification & current Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid certifications are required

Master’s degree in related field. Active NJ license required. Commitment to youth engagement and therapeutic skills

Bachelor’s degree in Early Education with P-3, CE, or CEAS certification. 3-5 years’ experience in Pre-K teaching. Prior daycare experience preferred

Early morning availability required. Lifeguard certification is needed (free). CPR/AED and First Aid certs are standard

Experience in education/childcare preferred. Strong communication & teamwork skills. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Bachelor's degree (exercise science or related), certified personal trainer, CPR/AED/First Aid Certification. Strong knowledge of exercise physiology & anatomy is preferred

High School Diploma & Red Cross certifications required. Prior swim lesson experience is also necessary

Master's or Doctoral degree in related field. Active NJ License (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, PhD) or equivalent. Prior youth engagement experience & knowledge of therapy modalities are needed
