Requirements

• Inspire, drive, and articulate a differentiated short-term and long-term vision for design, brand, and interaction language - backed by rationale, insights, and research.
• Be a strong collaborator across leadership in Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Lead, mentor and grow our talented design team; from implementing design thinking and critiques to modeling effective communication and collaboration.
• Champion execution excellence across the product, understanding the health, performance, and key findings of features driven by design.
• Look for ways to innovate with simplicity across our user experience and product offering for Mobile apps and Web.
