YPOG is a young and unconventional law firm that advises funds, start-ups, and corporates on financing rounds, fund structuring, and exits. We are looking for a researcher to support our team in the Venture Capital segment and participate in the creation and revision of financing documentation and contracts, as well as the use and development of Legal Tech solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a doctorate or planning to pursue a doctoral thesis
• Strong interest in practical work and tech-savvy
• Team player with good communication skills
• Interest in economic connections and ability to work structured
• Desire to learn how to think about complex legal issues from an entrepreneurial perspective
• Affinity or prior experience in Legal Tech, AI, or digital research tools
