We are looking for a Site Manager / Construction Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of a construction project located in Madrid, ensuring the compliance of deadlines, quality, safety and economic efficiency.
Requirements
- Plan, organize and direct construction projects in the execution phase.
- Prevent, control and resolve situations according to the company's methodology, execution time, specifications and established budgets.
- Ensure efficient execution by coordinating activities, resources, teams and information.
- Ensure the quality of the work performed and all necessary safety requirements.
- Plan and set management times and construction phases and monitor progress to determine if they have been done according to the established schedule.
- Implement the Lean Construction methodology in the execution management of the project using the company's tools for Last Planner System and Takt time planning and collaborate in its development.
- Coordinate all directly involved agents in the execution of the work onsite, both internal and external and collaborate with the Project Manager of the project in all necessary management until the finalization and delivery of the building.
- Post-sale management and supervision of construction.
- Participate in the weekly economic monitoring of the project, as well as collaborate in partial certifications and the final liquidation of the executed units of work.
