We are looking for a Site Manager / Construction Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of work in Valencia, ensuring schedules, quality, safety, and economic efficiency.
Requirements
- Plan, organize, and direct construction projects in the execution phase.
- Prevent, control, and resolve situations according to the company's methodology, execution time, specifications, and established budgets.
- Ensure efficient execution by coordinating activities, resources, teams, and information.
- Ensure the quality of the work performed and all necessary safety requirements.
- Plan and set up management times and construction phases, and track progress to determine that they have been done according to the established schedule.
- Implement the Lean Construction methodology in the execution management of the work using the company's tools for Last Planner System and Takt time planning, and collaborate in its development.
- Coordinate all directly involved agents in the execution of the works onsite, both internal and external, and collaborate with the Project Manager of the project in all necessary tasks until the final delivery and delivery of the building.
- Participate in the weekly economic follow-up of the work, as well as collaborate in partial certifications and the final settlement of the executed units of work.
