Job Description
Our client is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst (BA) with experience supporting the transition of cybersecurity services to a Service Provider. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in cybersecurity programs, managed security delivery models, and security operations. The Business Analyst will bridge Cybersecurity teams, business stakeholders, service delivery groups, and vendor partners to ensure that requirements are understood, documented, and executed effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience supporting complex IT initiatives.
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing technical and business requirements.
- Experience supporting service transitions, technology onboarding, or vendor integration in security or IT operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and coordinate across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
- Understanding of cybersecurity operations, security controls, and managed security service delivery.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
- Experience supporting MSSP environments (advantageous).
- Ability to translate regulatory and risk requirements into business and operational standards.
- Strong understanding of process modelling, service workflows, and operational readiness activities.
