Job Description
1000heads is seeking a Senior Insights Director to lead their Insights team and elevate data-driven storytelling. This role involves mentoring a team, shaping the team's strategy, and utilizing AI and analytics to impact brand narrative. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, data visionary, and possess strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in research, analytics, and client-facing insights leadership.
- Proven track record leading and developing high-performing insights or analytics teams.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behaviors.
- Strong command of analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Visionary thinker with AI/ML/automation experience.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Master’s or MBA in a quantitative or social science field preferred.
