Job Description
Join the Founder's Office at 100ms and drive strategic initiatives to accelerate AI growth in healthcare automation. Work directly with the founders to identify, design, and execute cross-functional projects. This role is for a proactive problem-solver with a self-starting mentality and exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy roles, business analytics, or operating experience in fast-growing startups
- Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous problems and break them into actionable plans
- Track record of managing and delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with business judgment
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders
