Job Description
OnQ is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to oversee field construction activities related to mechanical scopes of work. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing project schedules, ensuring safety, and providing leadership in a high-tech environment. The Superintendent will work closely with a Project Engineer and QAQC team to deliver high-quality and injury-free construction projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Superintendent in high tech facility building construction.
- Knowledge of Dry Mechanical Systems (HVAC, exhaust, etc.) and Wet Mechanical Systems (chillers, boilers, etc.).
- Experience organizing and reviewing technical data.
- Experience working closely with trade and craft people in the field.
- Knowledge of design drawing and specification comprehension.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA 30 certified
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Experience in organization of technical data, CSI specification system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
