Job Description
As the Inside Sales Manager for the APAC region, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding business objectives while managing the regional team. You will lead and motivate the regional Inside Sales team, develop and deploy execution strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or equivalent
- Proven experience in a commercial sales role
- Demonstrable leadership and people management experience
- Confidence in making decisions and recommendations using a data-driven mindset
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Results-oriented, with a key focus on delivering exceptional customer experience
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
