Sr. Research Associate, Single Cell Assay Productization (Contract) (P-4977)

We are seeking a Senior Research Associate to join the Assay Productization team to support the development and commercial launch of new Single Cell Genomic products on a six months contract basis, with the potential to extend.

Requirements

• Create NGS libraries from single cells, tissues, or isolated DNA/RNA using 10x instruments and consumables.
• Preparation, formulation, and testing of newly designed 10x reagents either from SOPs or R&D protocols.
• Assist with reagent guard banding and stability studies.
• Assist with new QC method development and implementation to assess reagent quality through a variety of analytical and functional tests.
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of failed experiments and reagent issues as they arise in the product line.
• Facilitate successful handoffs from R&D to Operations by training QC and Production staff on new workflows or methods.
• Present your own work to internal stakeholders, providing clear explanations of methodology and data interpretation.
