Job Description
Growth Marketeer is a full-time fixed-term position at 12Build, a B2B SaaS leader transforming the construction industry across Europe. The role involves designing and leading an integrated campaign strategy to drive predictable and scalable pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS growth, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Deep expertise in complex funnel analytics, lead scoring, and connecting web/content data to CRM and pipeline metrics
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to influence product roadmaps and commercial decisions
- Highly proficient with marketing automation (HubSpot) and developing AI agents to accelerate multi-channel marketing
- International experience and fluency in English, with fluency in Dutch or German a strong asset
