We are seeking a Product Support Specialist CSR to assist our valued customers in resolving their inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of customer service/technical support experience, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.

• Experience using Zendesk
• Fluent in both English (spoken and written)
• Own laptop/desktop with minimum i5 processor and 8GB RAM
• Stable and reliable internet connection
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in various software applications
