We're looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager to join the Unified Access organization. As a Product Manager in Unified Access, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers solve their biggest challenges with identity and access management at their company.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success with at least 2 years of SaaS experience.
- Track record of not only shipping and improving software, but driving business impact through the feature/product you owned.
- Radical ownership of the problem space. You identify problems and you make them go away.
- Experience working on products with multiple form factors (ie. web, desktop, mobile, and/or watch) with a holistic UX.
- A bias for action that won’t wait to create change.
- Represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team.
- Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems and remove roadblocks.
- Excellent presentation skills and experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly the sales, support and customer success teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and use data - both qualitative and quantitative - to drive decision-making.
- A good understanding of security, technology and infrastructure trends that drives and influences customers to need to integrate solutions.
- Background and experience in the fields of user privacy, security, identity and access management are a plus.
- Proficiency with AI tools to increase productivity, particularly Product-related work, is an asset.
