Job Description
We're building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. As a Staff Product Designer on XAM, you'll operate as a strategic leader and expert practitioner, shaping the future of our product experiences in the extended access management space.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of success in 0→1 product development, concept exploration, and early-stage product design.
- Experience launching complex systems or foundational platform features, especially those related to identity, access management, policies, permissions, or account models.
- Experience working in or adjacent to cybersecurity or identity is a strong asset.
- A portfolio that shows strength in systems thinking, user flows, and interaction design, ideally with examples of first-time product launches or concept-to-release cycles.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort with cross-functional alignment, especially in highly technical or infrastructure-heavy product areas.
- Familiarity with working in design systems, but with the instinct to explore, shape, and define new patterns as needed.
