Strategic Finance, Director

We're looking for a Strategic Finance Director to drive our finance systems roadmap, AI and automation initiatives, and cross-functional special projects. This role is for a proven leader who thrives in ambiguity and can elevate how finance operates in a fast-scaling environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or strategic finance roles within progressive tech companies
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and creating impact
• Ability to manage complex initiatives end-to-end and simplify coordination
• Experience using and leading efforts to implement AI-powered applications and tooling within a Finance org
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
