We are looking for a Promoter (m/w/d) Customer Information Deutsche Bahn in Leverkusen to inform passengers about current construction measures and provide up-to-date information using digital tools. The tasks will take place at busy transportation hubs and in the immediate vicinity of the train stations.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of German in writing and speaking
• Outstanding communication skills and a friendly and confident appearance
• Enjoyment in dealing with people, even in dynamic or challenging situations
• Reliability, punctuality and sense of responsibility
