Head Bartender (Female)

We are seeking a Head Bartender to lead our bar staff and deliver top-notch service and memorable drinking experiences at a 5* hotel in Doha, Qatar.

Requirements

• Create and update a diverse and appealing drink menu
• Develop and maintain the cocktail recipes and standards
• Train and mentor bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
• Maintain and manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and handle any issues or concerns
• Schedule and supervise bartending staff, including setting performance expectations
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff for food and drink pairings
• Handle cash and payment transactions
• Keep the bar area clean and well-organized
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt the menu accordingly
