Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant & Rooms Reservations Manager for our client in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will administer Guest Experience functions, ensure high levels of hospitality and service, and supervise employees to provide fast, efficient, and personalized service.
Requirements
- Good luxury experience in the hotel industry in the middle east
- Experience in Qatar is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of OpenTable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong people management skills and experience with managing a team
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably multi-site and high-end brand
- Friendly and attentive
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- High level of both spoken and written English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to motivate and drive the team
