Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AC Maintenance Technician to join the team at our Bella Ridge South apartment community to provide excellent service to our residents and to help keep the community running smoothly!
Requirements
- Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of basic repairs and troubleshooting
- Ability to work on-call as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be certified to work with refrigerant
