Job Description
1stDibs is seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for their Search and Discovery experience. This role intersects product, design, machine learning, and data science, impacting how users explore and engage with the platform. The position is based in NYC, but may move to AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, MD, MI, MA, NJ, NY, NV, NC, PA, RI, TX.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on Search relevance and e-commerce
- Experience working with Machine Learning engineers
- Familiarity with retrieval systems, ranking algorithms, and LLMs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
