Robot Assembly Technician, Hands

We are seeking an Assembly Technician to build high-precision electromechanical subassemblies for our humanoid robots. This is a detail-oriented role that requires steady hands, sharp eyes, and experience working with miniature components and precision tooling.

Requirements

• Assemble and integrate precision electromechanical subassemblies including small motors, gearboxes, encoders, PCBs, and wire harnesses with fine-pitch connectors
• Work with miniature fasteners and apply controlled torque at fine specifications using calibrated tools
• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly diagrams to build to specification
• Perform in-process dimensional inspection and measurement to micron-level tolerances using precision instruments
• Maintain accurate production records including build logs, inspection data, and defect reporting
