2 Towns is seeking an experienced Operations and Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical and electrical equipment and robotic systems in a manufacturing environment, emphasizing employee safety as the top priority.
Requirements
- Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot all equipment as scheduled, ensuring records of such maintenance are kept and communicated to supervisors
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on robotic systems
- Lubricate and clean robotic components to prevent wear and tear
- Replace worn-out parts and update robotic software as needed
- Troubleshoot robotic mechanical and software issues
- Diagnose, repair, and overhaul process pumps, automatic control valves, sensors, positioners, actuators, basic electrical AC/DC troubleshooting, and related systems
- Diagnose and repair all machinery and process malfunctions, including mechanical troubleshooting & electrical troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair all mechanical power transmission equipment using knowledge of gearboxes, mechanical drives, and variable speed application
- Maintain Equipment Maintenance Calendar on Google Drive, including noting the type of maintenance performed, as well as when it is performed
- Consult with the Maintenance Manager to coordinate with outside contractors to perform activities, repairs, and preventative maintenance on equipment
