Job Description
SSO Hospital is a rapidly growing oncology platform in India, seeking an Area Sales Executive in Mumbai. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers, tracking referrals, and optimizing the referral-to-surgery process. SSO Hospital is known for its doctor-led leadership and focus on affordable, high-quality cancer care.
Requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with GPs and external doctors
- Conduct daily field visits and weekly engagement follow-ups
- Track referral flow, doctor engagement quality, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimise the referral-to-surgery funnel
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork
