Intern - Knowledge Management

We are seeking an intern to codify our playbook for building early-stage healthcare companies. The intern will document and structure tribal knowledge from across teams, creating reusable guides to scale company processes. The role involves conducting interviews, synthesizing insights, and creating structured playbooks.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience (consulting, healthcare, venture experience preferred)
• Proven ability to structure frameworks and synthesize complex inputs
• Strong interviewing skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Familiarity with marketing/sales strategy
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
