Job Description
23andMe Research Institute is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer for the ancestry services and compute pipelines engineering team. The role involves designing, building, and managing large scale services at 23andMe Research Institute that serve both external and internal customers.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent education
- 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise building libraries and services in Python
- Passion for backend systems engineering
- Hands-on experience working with CI/CD deployment pipelines, Docker containers, and testing frameworks
