Job Description
We're seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Regional Coordinator to support our mission of delivering high-quality, compliant care across Arizona.
Requirements
- Conduct and document timely 90-day in-home visits to ensure compliance with Arizona DDD and HCBS requirements
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case documentation and submit visit reports on time
- Monitor provider compliance with agency policies and support the rollout of updated procedures
- Serve as a liaison between the Regional Director, client families, and providers to ensure service consistency
- Assist with regional audits, training events, and special initiatives
- Provide in-person support and training to new and existing family providers
- Support relationship-building and collaboration between client families and care teams
