Requirements
- Lead product experience, detecting opportunities for improvement based on business and user needs.
- Translate business and user requirements into high-impact digital solutions.
- Participate in discovery processes, user research, and hypothesis validation.
- Design flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, ensuring usability and visual consistency.
- Apply design thinking and product vision principles to define strategies and prioritize initiatives.
- Lead user validation processes (tests, interviews, surveys, customer journeys, service blueprints).
- Analyze metrics and insights to iterate on solutions and improve user experience.
- Present and document progress in collaborative tools, aligning design, product, and development.
- Maintain a continuous improvement gaze over processes and design standards.
- Experience in B2B platforms or business use.
- Usability analysis, benchmarks, and market studies.
- Daily use of AI to optimize design productivity.
- Management of research and testing tools: Maze, Dovetail, Qualtrics.
- Knowledge and solid experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Tools: Figma, Jira, Google Analytics, Notion, Miro.
- Experience in using or building design systems.
- Desirable: English (intermediate level or technical reading).
- Autonomy and proactivity in decision-making.
- Effective communication and ability to generate agreements with different areas.
- Orientation to results and strategic product vision.
- Critical thinking and analytical approach.
- Adaptability, empathy, and collaboration in agile environments.
