Manager, FP&A

We are seeking a Manager - FP&A to support the CFO and the broader organization in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

Requirements

• Lead the execution of the annual budgeting process
• Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting
• Work closely with the business team to address their biz goal, initiatives and deliver business results
