Job Description
Lead and manage show development projects from initial concept to final rollout, coordinate timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource planning, and oversee communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in entertainment, media, events, or creative production
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Affinity for storytelling, design, or immersive experiences
- Hands-on mentality and problem-solving mindset
- F&B background is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
