Bellperson

The Bellperson is responsible for welcoming guests, escorting them to and from their accommodations, and assisting with the guest experience within the hotel. This role focuses on providing excellent service and ensuring guest comfort and safety.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma, general education degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Previous guest service, front door or bell service experience in a luxury property preferred.
• Good knowledge of the English language is mandatory.
• Ability to read and write clearly.
• Good physical ability to perform duties including long periods of walking and standing.
