360 IT Professionals is seeking a short-term Senior Desktop and Server Support Consultant to support systems and applications for the Control Center of a government transit agency.
Requirements
- Extensive Help Desk experience
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, and Windows 7
- VMware Virtual Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP network configuration
- Local printer support
- System network communication support
- Basic PC hardware support
- Server backup methodologies
- Error codes troubleshooting and root cause identification
- Security patches testing and application
- Role based user security setup
- System design and modifications documentation
- Basic knowledge of Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) routes and operations
