1-3 years of experience in operations, repair, and maintenance of multi-family buildings, High School Diploma or Equivalent
ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of related experience, valid Connecticut driver's license
PROPERTY MANAGER
5+ years of experience in affordable housing and tax credit programs, high school diploma or equivalent, and certification in Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) and Certified Manager of Housing (CMH) or ability to obtain within one year
PORTFOLIO DIRECTOR
7+ years of experience managing affordable and low-income housing tax credit programs (LIHTC) required
