Requirements
- Participate and Lead design sessions
- Participate in client meetings / presentations
- Aid in production of project documents from concept design through construction documents
- Complete construction administration [on site and within the office]
- Participate in marketing endeavors
- Give and receive technical direction
- Serve as Project Manager on multiple projects, and work as a team member on other projects as needed
- Coordinate with consultants
- Manage time [your own and your teams] effectively
- Manage project budgets effectively
- Work in concert with the Interior Design team
- Multi-task and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment
