Requirements
- 8+ years sales experience in medical devices, ideally in dental industry with proven track record achieving targets and demonstrate extensive salesmanship
- Working with Channel Partners / Distributors in the market to develop the business via market coverage and market penetration
- Working with Scientific Education & Evidence and Clinical Specialist teams to enhance clinical education in the market and conduct relevant educational and training activities
- A proactive approach to identifying and seizing market opportunities
- Ability to negotiate and influence decision-making processes
- Strong organizational skills with a capacity for managing multiple priorities
- Adept at working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
