Job Description
As a Senior Desktop Engineering Analyst at Solventum, you will participate in a diverse Agile Scrum team supporting deliverables across the Desktop Engineering portfolio of services, lead projects to reduce friction in IT Processes and improve client satisfaction, and perform root cause identification for issues escalated to L4.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Three years supporting end user hardware and software
- Two years of experience working on deep, technical topics for pcs, desktop hardware, current protocols, operating systems, standards, and performance management / device optimization
- Two years of experience supporting browser, Java and privilege management technologies
- Software and Hardware Troubleshooting Experience in provisioning, imaging and deploying devices and device management
- Experience with mobile device management systems
- Scrum Master Certification
