Solventum is a new healthcare company that solves big challenges to improve lives and help healthcare professionals perform at their best. As a Technical Manager, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents using Microsoft, Google, AWS, and other emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 8+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technical fields
- 2+ years of experience developing AI agents or copilots using enterprise platforms (Microsoft, Google or AWS)
- 2+ years managing technical delivery team
- 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and vector databases
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub
