- Master's degree and analytical strength
- Experience in government tenders is a plus but not a must
- Perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain overview in busy periods
- Commercial feel and ability to mention opportunities
- Calm and assertive under pressure
