Requirements

• Studies in building engineering, architecture, or comparable qualifications (e.g., construction engineer, supervisor).
• Several years of experience in project management/general building manager of residential or commercial properties.
• Expertise in safe use of VOB, HOAI and building regulations.
• Experience with industry-specific software (e.g. RIB iTWO, AutoCAD, MS Office).
• Determined, organized and with a sense for details and deadlines.
