Job Description
4Front Ventures is seeking a Cannabis Cultivation Associate to support a fast-growing national cannabis grower, distributor, and retailer. This role involves all aspects of cannabis plant management, including transplanting, pruning, harvesting, drying, and curing, under company guidelines. The company emphasizes excellence, people-focused growth, and access to high-quality cannabis products.
Requirements
- Horticulture and/or Agriculture experience, 1+ years (preferred)
- Production/Manufacturing experience, 1+ years (preferred)
- Cannabis Industry experience (preferred)
- Basic math, organizational, and computer Skills
- Valid government issued photo identification
- High School Diploma or GED
