Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Call center experience
- Mature with a positive attitude, resilient, self-motivated and strong desire to deliver exceptional results
- Good communication skills
- Able to work on weekends/PHs
- Prior experience in Logistics
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and other online documentation platforms
