Executive / Senior Executive, Human Resource (Recruitment)

The Senior Executive, Human Resource performs all aspects of employee engagement and interaction with the organization including recruitment and selection; employee lifecycle management. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, change management, staff engagement, compliance, talent development, and HR administration.

Requirements

• Serves as the HR partner for programme(s) to drive assigned programmes activities: workforce planning, recruitment, change management, staff engagement, compliance with HR policies, legal and statutory requirement.
• Manage talent development including, but not limited to, identification and grooming talents, talent engagement etc.
• Manage recruitment and employee lifecycle activities.
• Update HR documents such as HR Masterlist, Organisation Charts etc. and generate HR reports for Managements reference;
• Administrator for HR systems such as WPOL, EPOL, HRIS, IRAS, Training and Appraisal systems etc
• Manage HR engagement survey and other HR Communications and posting of Workplace; and
• Any other ad-hoc duties as may be required.
