Job Description
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, compensation, training, and day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources/Business/Management or other related field
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in human resources
- Knowledge of all statutory legislations and regulations and labour laws
- Good understanding of HR functions
- Knowledge of and skill in using Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
