Provide IT support to users in Singapore, install and troubleshoot hardware and software, perform system checks and maintenance, and participate in global projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Support/Desktop Support experience
- In depth knowledge of Windows desktop technologies
- In depth knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware
- Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and Internetworking Technology
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Voice & Communications and A/V Conferencing technologies
- Knowledge of common Market Data applications and services
- Fast learning and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to operate with minimal supervision and maintain professional attitude under stress
