Job Description
TemperPack is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the daily maintenance and upkeep of production and manufacturing assets while adhering to safety rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Designate and monitor the work of personnel
- Oversee the duties of designated crew members
- Follow guidelines, specifications, standards & regulations, and influence best practices
- Responsible for coaching and performance evaluations of direct reports
- Carry out diverse skilled activities involving the repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities
