We are seeking an experienced and passionate Delivery Manager with a strong Scrum Master background to lead and support our agile software development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in an agile software development environment
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and practices
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) are highly desirable
