Client Services Director (Account Executive)

We are seeking an accomplished and results-oriented Client Services Director to join our growing business development team. This individual will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the effective deployment of our finance and accounting consulting professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience with a focus on professional services or consulting
• Demonstrated ability to sell to CFOs, Controllers, and finance executives
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and ability to create and manage new client opportunities and ongoing client engagements.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales loft, Zoominfo, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
