Job Description
The Associate Director of Institutional Giving will lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies for 92NY's annual giving, priority initiatives, and arts programs. This role involves managing relationships with foundations and corporations, identifying new funding sources, and collaborating with program staff to maximize institutional revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- Manage and grow a portfolio of foundation and corporate prospects and donors.
- Collaborate with the VP and members of 92NY’s Executive Leadership Team to plan and execute strategic fundraising efforts.
- Prospect Research: identify funding prospects for 92NY’s programs, special initiatives, and general operating support.
- Develop letters of inquiry, proposals, reports, acknowledgment letters, and other development communications.
- Prepare planning and strategy briefings for donor visits with foundation and corporate prospects and donors.
- Maintain accurate record of stewardship and contact information in Tessitura.
- Work closely with Development team to implement recognition programs.
- Ensure proper stewardship and acknowledgment of corporate and foundation funders.
