Job Description
This is a rotating, full-time position for a self-starter dedicated to maintaining building safety and comfort. The role involves repair, installation, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. It requires responding to emergency calls 24/7, includes overtime, and compensation for exceeding standard hours.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 5 years’ hands-on experience with building maintenance (e.g., outlet replacement, sink faucet replacement)
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and swimming pool operations
- Safe handling of pool chemicals
